How ordering works

  1. 01Tell us about your venueCompany name, org.nr. or VAT number, and delivery address. It takes two minutes, and there is no password to create.
  2. 02Log in straight awayLog in with your email and a code we send you, and you stay logged in for a year. No password to remember.
  3. 03Place your orderVenues in Norway pay by card or faktura, 14 days net, and we check your org.nr. before the first delivery. Venues abroad are verified within one working day and pay by card.
  4. 04Delivered on ThursdayOrder by Wednesday 18:00 for delivery the next day, or pick a later Thursday and make it repeat. Our route covers Oslo and Akershus, Posten takes everything else in Norway and abroad, or pick up for free in Oslo.

What is Super Juice?

Real lemon and lime, peel and juice, balanced with natural acids. The same citrus every shift, without squeezing a single fruit. Super Juice is sold to venues in Norway, and we send it anywhere in the country.

How long do the cocktail mixers keep?

6 months sealed, then 2 months in the fridge after the first pour. Flavour that pours the same on a quiet Tuesday and a full Saturday.

How many drinks does one box of mixer pour?

At the standard 5 cl serve, one 3 litre box pours 60 drinks, at 10 kr of mixer per drink excl. MVA. Every mixer works in every formula: the mixer guide has eight formulas and forty drinks.

What is Cocktail Garnish?

Dehydrated fruit, ready for the glass. No knife work, no fruit going brown at the end of service. 24 months shelf life.

Where do you deliver?

Anywhere in Norway, Super Juice included. In Oslo and Akershus we deliver free on our own route every Thursday, once you reach the minimum order. Smaller orders, and every other address in the country, go with Posten at our lowered nationwide rates, priced by weight at checkout, with no minimum order. Garnish always ships free.

Outside Norway, Cocktail Mixers and Cocktail Garnish ship worldwide with Posten. Super Juice is sold in Norway only. Venues abroad pay the Norwegian price without MVA (Norwegian VAT), converted to their own currency at checkout, and pay by card. Import VAT and duties in your country are not included.

Can we schedule or repeat an order?

Yes. In your order, pick the Thursday you want it and whether it repeats: every week, every other week or once a month (every fourth Thursday). Order by Wednesday 18:00 for delivery the next day. If Thursday is a public holiday, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the delivery comes the day before.

How do we pay?

Venues in Norway pay by card or choose faktura (invoice), 14 days net. Venues abroad pay by card. Checkout shows every price and the shipping before you pay.

What if something is wrong with the product?

Then you get your money back, and you do not need to send it back. Email us at hello@notorioushospitality.com. Unopened cartons and units can also be returned if they are not right for you: you pay the return shipping, and we refund you once we have the goods. New customers also get free garnish on their first order.
